Elizabeth Minton is an assistant professor of marketing at the University of Wyoming who conducts research on healthy consumption as well as religion’s influence on consumers and business. She has publications in the Journal of Consumer Affairs, Journal of Advertising, Journal of Business Research, Psychology & Marketing, among others. Before joining the University of Wyoming, she worked in the tourism industry in Alaska as well as in small business development in both Alaska and Idaho. She holds degrees from the University of Oregon (PhD), Idaho State University (MBA), and the University of Alaska (BBA).
