M.J. Kabaci is assistant director of the Family Financial Planning graduate program at Montana State University. She teaches online courses in the Family Financial Planning master’s program as part of the Great Plains Interactive Distance Education Alliance.  Her interest in financial literacy was stimulated by her work with credit unions at the state trade association for Georgia credit unions. She earned her doctorate in Consumer Economics with an emphasis in personal finance education from UGA.
She earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees at Texas Tech University in mass communications.
